Assalamualaikum wr. wb.
Alhamdulillahi rabbil'alamin wassalatu wassalamu'ala asyrofil ambya'i walmursalin wa'ala alihi wasah bihi ajma'in amma ba'du.
Bapak lurah ingkang dahat kinurmatan.
Tim penyuluh ingkang satuhu kinurmatan.
Ugi Bapak Ibu para rawuh ingkang kawula hormati.
Ingkang sepindhah sumangga kita sedoyo tansah ngaturaken puji  syukur dhumateng Alloh SWT ingkang sampun maringi kanikmatan ingkang kathah dhateng kita sedoyo, pramilo kita saged makempal wonten adicara menika, adicara penyuluhan demam berdarah. Sholawat saha salam mugi-mugi konjuk dhumateng Nabi Agung Muhammad SAW ingkang tansah kita antu-antu syafaatipun.
